• Are there upfront fees? No.
  
  
• What is the minimum or maximum funding amount?  There is none.  LH Funding reviews each case individually and will work with the medical provider, the patient and the attorney to come to a mutual agreement as to the most sensible funding amount.
  
  
• How long does it take to get the funds?  Payment will be remitted upon confirmation that the approved medical services were rendered.
  
  
• What type of Billing and Paper work is involved for the Medical Provider? Little.  Generally the medical provider will only need to submit a breakdown of fees for services to be approved.  From there, if a case is approved, payment will be sent upon confirmation the services were rendered.
  
  
• What is the risk to the medical provider? You have no risk.  You simply provide medical services and get paid.
  
  
• What is the cost to the medical provider?  There is no cost.  You get paid the agreed upon rate for your services.  You do not pay any fees.  You actually will save money too because you can reduce your billing and collections time.
  
  
• Do you have any say in the processing of the case? No. We have no control over the processing of the case and offer no opinions or advice.   The case remains in the full authority and control of the client, the medical provider and the attorney.
  
  
• What is accounts receivable financing? Accounts receivable financing is when a third party purchases your accounts receivable. You get paid immediately for the amount of the accounts receivable purchased, no longer having to wait or hope for insurance carriers to make payments. A fee, or discount, is generally included in the transaction.
  
  
• What type of claims will you purchase? LH Funding will purchase claims related to third party personal injury cases.  Additionally, we can arrange for the purchase or financing of most, if not all, of your other medical receivables, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, Private Insurance, HMO/PPO and Managed Care Most third-party medical claims of qualified insurance carriers.
